Chad has been a resident of Irvine since 1977. Has been in the real estate industry since 1990. Specializing in Villages of Northwood, Altair, and Quail Hill Irvine; he has bought and sold in every village of Irvine thus far. His business takes him as far as San Jose all the way to San Diego.
